    Hi there. I have a Buffet E11 A clarinet which is giving me some problems. I bought it new about 9 years ago, this last year it seems it’s been playing OK for about 20 minutes, then it starts fighting me in the octave register, (so a low A is OK but the E in the next register once I’ve engaged the octave key, struggles to sound) until eventually every note I try to play feels like it’s shut down. I have heard good things about your service and skill, I am just wondering if, by my description, you can give me an idea about what’s wrong and if it can be fixed? I had it looked at, there were no cracks, all the pads checked out ok, no one seems to be able to tell me what the problem could be. Do you have any idea? I appreciate it!
